🕒 Order Cancellation
We understand that you may change your mind after placing an order.
Our team works quickly to prepare and ship orders, but if you need to cancel, please contact us at support@aurialight.com within 24 hours of purchase.
After this time, your order will already be in processing and can no longer be cancelled.
🔄 Returns
We aim to keep our return process simple and fair for everyone.
Returns are always possible, but how they’re handled depends on the situation.
To be eligible, your item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging, with all parts included.
✅ Returns Covered by Us (Free of Charge)
If something went wrong on our side, we take full responsibility.
You won’t have to pay anything — and in most cases, you won’t even need to return the item.
We will replace or refund your order at no cost if:

The product has a manufacturing defect (e.g. the lamp does not turn on or function properly).

The wrong item was shipped.

The item was damaged during delivery.

The product does not work as intended.
Simply send us clear photos or a short video within 30 days of delivery, and our support team will assist you promptly.
💬 Returns Accepted at Customer’s Expense
We understand that sometimes a product may not be exactly what you expected — and that’s completely okay.
If you wish to return your order for personal reasons, we’re happy to accept it.
In these cases:

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

A $14.99 reconditioning fee per order applies to cover inspection, processing, and handling.
Examples include:

Please note: Outbound shipping fees are non-refundable.

⏳ Refund Timeline
Once your return or refund is approved, we will process your refund within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at support@aurialight.com.
🌍 EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For orders shipped into the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason.
Items must be returned in original condition and include proof of purchase.
